He is a Professor of Human Resource Development in the Department of Learning and Performance Systems on the University Park Campus of the Pennsylvania State University.
As a consultant, Bill has worked with over 40 multinational corporations. As an academic, he heads up the #1-ranked graduate program in HRD in the United States. Bill is one of the most published authors on topics of talent management, succession planning and human capital management systems, having authored, coauthored, edited, or co edited more than 300 books, book chapters and articles. Bill is a frequent speaker or keynoter at conferences and seminars around the world.
Alan is founder, President and CEO of PLS Consulting headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Since 1985 he has been a leading practitioner in the design and development of systems for Human Capital Management.
Alan’s expertise stems from a concentration on organizational performance improvement by linking succession planning, talent management, workforce planning and strategies, and knowledge management and transfer systems into integrated solutions. Alan has worked with clients throughout North America and in Australia. He has conducted workshops and presentations at national and regional conferences for ASTD and SHRM. Alan is a executive coach to executives and management personnel.
Randy Lewis is the Director of Organizational Effectiveness for PLS Consulting. He is a highly experienced consultant in the areas of talent management, employee and leadership development, and employee engagement. His clients include utilities, technology, manufacturing, and public sector organizations. Randy has a keen eye for linking functional and leadership competencies to strategic business objectives and developing a critical return on organizational development investments.
