high performance workforce strategies shown to increase
an organizations competitive position, customer
retention, and employee satisfaction. PLS can provide
you a picture clearly showing not just leadership competency
strengths and weaknesses but where weaknesses affect
workforce performance. The LEP survey converts
each competency into observable leadership behavior
and asks employees to rate how frequently they observe
their leaders demonstrating each behavior.
The LEP summary reports provide a clear, statistical picture of leadership performance gaps within your organization. The reports can be used to develop performance improvement plans, developmental plans for management personnel, training curricula and strategy, and many other targeted improvement objectives.
